Monogram is GE’s luxury arm. The cabinet is custom, the internals share GE Profile lineage.

Monogram Statement and Designer Series built-ins — ZIBI, ZIRP, ZIS — sit flush in custom cabinetry in 36, 42, and 48-inch widths. The fit and finish are luxury. The internals share generations with GE Profile, which means a fault we have seen on a GE Profile inverter compressor often shows up the same way on a Monogram ZIBI. Pulling a 48-inch Monogram forward without scarring the cabinet face is careful access work before the diagnosis starts. We are an independent fridge-only shop and we service Monogram every week.

  • WR06X10000 inverter compressor faults on ZIBI and ZIRP built-ins. The compressor signals a start but never runs at speed, the cabinet warms slowly, and the inverter board often fails before the compressor itself.

What the diagnostic includes

Visit starts with a $65 in-home diagnosis, waived if you authorize the repair. We arrive with OEM parts on the truck for the common Monogram failures — inverter boards, evaporator fans, dispenser solenoids, ice-maker boards, door switches. You get a written quote before any work begins, with parts and labor under a 3-month warranty (6 to 12 months on compressor and sealed-system work).
